Bill Tiberio Band
Bill Tiberio, a seasoned saxophonist, woodwind player, and dedicated music educator with over four decades of experience, including a significant tenure at Fairport High School, extends his musical influence through leadership roles in ensembles at the University of Rochester, Ithaca College, SUNY Geneseo, and the Eastman Community Music School. Notably, his Educators Jazz ensemble will grace the RIJF on Jazz Street. His commitment to music education has earned him prestigious accolades, including the 2023 Eastman Centennial Award and induction into the Rochester Music Hall of Fame as an educator. Beyond his educational endeavors, Tiberio has anchored the Rochester music scene for nearly 20 years with the Bill Tiberio Band. Their discography, encompassing four albums, including the acclaimed "BTB Live 2020," available on all streaming platforms, showcases their musical breadth. The band's core, comprised of longtime collaborators and "musical soul brothers" Scott Bradley (keyboards/trumpet), Vinnie Ruggiero (guitar), Phil Lake (drums), and Geoff Smith (bass), features seasoned musicians who are each composers and veterans of jazz, rock, and Latin musical genres. This collective delivers original contemporary jazz imbued with innovation, soul, and a compelling groove that consistently resonates with audiences.

Sarah De Vallière, a composer, pianist, and singer-songwriter, captivates audiences with a voice spanning ethereal sweetness and soulful power, complemented by her dynamic piano playing and emotionally resonant songs. Her latest album, "The Healing" (June 2024) has been praised for its musical depth and vulnerability, garnering radio play across America. The Sarah De Vallière Band, featuring Mark Balestra (guitar), Brad Johnson (bass), and Emmett Ientelucci (drums), crafts a diverse and compelling musical landscape marked by seamless transitions and electrifying performances. Mark Balestra's guitar artistry is a testament to versatility, seamlessly transitioning from supporting the song with tasteful licks to delivering explosive solos. Brad Johnson's bass playing adds a layer of funk and depth, anchoring the music with memorable and impactful bass lines.
