Starting Wednesday, December 1st, Subterranean will require proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 for all staff, patrons and performers. The final dose of vaccination must be no less than 14 days prior to the event. Proof of vaccination may include a physical copy of your vaccination card or a digital photo / photocopy of your card and must match the name on your government-issued photo ID. Negative tests will no longer be accepted for entry. Additionally, per current guidance from the city of Chicago, masks will be required indoors except while actively eating or drinking.
