Refunds are given on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Team Cooper. THE VIP PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE A TICKET TO THE CONCERT!!! Tickets to the show must be purchased separately and are required for entry into the VIP Experience. All venue specific age restrictions will also apply to the VIP Experience.
