Very sorry to announce this event has now been determined to be cancelled, a reschedule date is not available within a reasonable timeframe. Grupo Resenha the Promoters would prefer to refund their community 100% rather them keep them waiting for a new perfromance date.

A message from Grupo Resenha:

It’s with a heavy heart that Grupo Resenha announce that Jorge Aragão won’t be able to make it to the event tomorrow due to circumstances out of our control. Jorge did not get his visa approved in time due to internal delays at the immigration office, making it impossible for him to travel. His show in Boston was also canceled because of this issue. We know how excited we all were to see this amazing musician in San Diego and while the possibility of a rescheduled date is pending, we don’t want to disappoint you tomorrow and your plans to be with us, especially when a lot of you are coming from out of town. 
 
We were working hard for this event for quite some time putting a lot of love, sweat and tears into this show. We decided to turn lemons into Caipirinha, and make a reason for our community to celebrate together. Thankfully, due to our partners and venue, we will still continue with our event with the support of our friends.
 
We want to see you tomorrow, so if you already have a ticket, please join us at The Soap Factory at 5:00 PM. For those of you who will attend tomorrow’s event, you will receive 100% of your ticket price less $20 to help us cover some of the financial loss due to this unforeseen cancellation. If you wish not to attend the event, you will receive 100% of your ticket price, all refunds will be processed through TicketWeb within 10 to 15 business days. 
 
Producers like us face a big financial risk when producing events like this. If you value our work and want to support us in covering this unexpected financial loss, you can opt not to receive a refund and besides attending the event tomorrow at no additional cost, you will receive a FREE ticket for our next show.
