KINO background

KINO started his career in music as a member of a popular K-pop boyband, PENTAGON. He honed his artistry in every way he could as a singer, dancer, painter, producer, composer and choreographer. 

In 2023, he established his own label, NAKED to expand his launch his solo career. The all-rounder once commented that the reason for him to take this life challenge was to test out his limit outside of his comfort zone.

With his music, he wants to get connected with audiences with genuine stories and feelings that everyone can relate to.

His first EP, "If this love, I want a refund" was dubbed 'a diary of our lives' and was ranked the second highest new entry on Worldwide iTunes album chart; From the lead single 'Broky My Heart (feat. Lay Bankz)' to 'Solo' the 5 track represented a full cycle of a relationship.

Moreover, KINO has been making his statement through his creative marketing campaigns by breaking many industry norms and making bold moves. To name a few, his guerilla self-promo at a big name festival, Japanese high school mega crew dance challenge and GIPHY collaboration have all gone viral.

From music to tour, KINO's been taking a role as an executive producer on all of the projects under NAKED, bringing his creative ideas to life. Out of all, what KINO enjoys the most is meeting audience at a live event; sharing emotions and creating co-experienced memories by interacting with audiences in the same room.
