After the success of her debut event, Plæygirl 001, in London, acclaimed Danish artist MØ is taking her unique concept for a few intimate club nights in New York and Los Angeles. The Plæygirl Tour will transform iconic venues into dark, punk-inspired dance parties, celebrating individuality, self-expression, and the magic of live music.
Paying tribute to MØ’s punk roots and the Brooklyn live scene of the early 2010s, Plæygirl reimagines the club experience with a Nordic twist—black dress codes, face paintings, and an anti-club mentality. It’s a night for outsiders and creative souls, where music, performances, and community blend into a space where self-expression knows no limits.
The Plæygirl Tour comes ahead of MØ’s highly anticipated fourth studio album, Plæygirl, set for release on May 16 via RCA/Sony UK. Created in collaboration with producer Nick Sylvester (The Dare, Channel Tres, Yaeji, Empress Of), the album is an introspective yet playful collection of songs reflecting MØ’s journey of renewal and self-discovery. The latest single from the album, “SWEET”, featuring Biig Piig, is out now.
On May 11, MØ will perform at Night Club 101 in New York City. This club night is presented by SKSKSKS.
