McKinley Vaughan, Maura Streppa
-
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. McKinley Vaughan is a Guitarist/Singer-Songwriter based
out of Nashville, Tennessee.
His latest single, Be Alright, is a love letter to the sounds of the late 80’s and early 90’s. Written
with JUNO Award Nominee and FKB frontman, Drew Shalka. The song harkens back to a time
of throwing a cassette into the car stereo to cruise the local boulevard.
With a wide range of musical influences, McKinley has toured the country playing for Pop, RnB,
Country and Rock musicians. Having the opportunity to share the stage with the likes of
Midland, Saint Motel, Rodney Atkins, HARDY, and many more. -
Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago and finding her home in Tennessee by way of North Carolina, Maura Streppa combines her northern roots and southern influence into one. Heavily influenced by musicians ranging from John Prine, Lowell George, and Dolly Parton to Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert, and Kacey Musgraves, Maura creates a home for lovers of old and new. Her southern rock vocals take modern country melodies to a new level. Maura’s writing ranges from upbeat honky tonk tunes to raw, intimate songs about the struggles of a 20-something.
With 13 songs available on all streaming services, Maura’s music has been recognized by Billboard, Sirius XM “The Highway”, iHeart Radio “Women of Country”, American Songwriter, as well as her song “Singer and The Song” winning the 2022 Tennessee Songwriters Week.
