The Carrie Zazz Band will take you on a musical journey from The Beatles touching ground at JFK, to Prince sprinkling us with Purple Rain!  This band will have you singing along to the soundtrack of your life!  Beatles, Linda Ronstadt, Eagles, Elton John, Grand Funk Railroad, Prince… to name a few.   With four lead singers, they have an unsurpassed ability to cover multiple genres and artists, and they never disappoint!  The Carrie Zazz Band is a Hudson Valley favorite and was voted Best Local Band, Best Cover Band and Best Female Vocalist by Hudson Valley Magazine, 2024 & 2023 and Best Male Vocalist 2023.
 
Fronted by Carrie Zazz, who is well known for her unique style, incredible vocals and audience engagement, she is accompanied by lifelong musicians, Larry Bassen on lead guitar; Ricky Martinez on drums and Rick Mullen on bass.
 
Larry has toured with Tommy James & the Shondells and has played at venues stretching from River Front Stadium to Westbury Music Fair.  He is the creator and owner of Larry Bassen Entertainment, the company responsible for outfitting catered parties on Long Island, NY, with music for the past three decades.
 
Ricky Marinez is best known as the drummer on Sesame Street for 17 years, and can be heard on both movie (Disney’s Little Mermaid) and TV (Bump in the Night) soundtracks.  Ricky was recently the recipient of the 2024 Legends of Long Island Music Award for his work with “Wonderous Stories,” a band that has owned the music scene in NYC for decades.  He has played alongside artists such as Denny Laine, Rick Derringer and Mark Farner, to name a few.
 
Rick Mullen has been a professional musician since the age of 13.  He is active in the TV and Movie industry and is an executive officer for the American Federation of Musicians Local 238-291.  He has toured and played alongside greats such as Don McLean, Commander Cody Band and Roy Orbison Jr., to name a few.  He is a Master Luthier and an extremely sought after studio musician.
