With the recent opening of our arcade/bar Elston Electric, we are now at FULL CAPACITY. Can you believe it? Just 3.5 years ago the Salt Shed was a pile of rubble, and now, in the blink of an eye, we’re a fully blossomed entertainment complex. We’re proud of the journey, and we want to celebrate with you!

On May 10th, we’ll be opening our doors at noon, and all of the wonderful elements and partners that make the Salt Shed so special will be on full display: Play a variety of new and classic arcade games at Elston Electric, while trying their famous jello shots (non-alcoholic versions included)! Grab a craft brew and a smashburger along the river at the Goose Island Salt Shed Pub. Dig through the vinyl crates at Loud Pizza Records; an eclectic and specially curated mix of music awaits you. Browse a carefully selected array of vintage goods at Umbrella Vintage. Stop by the very welcoming space of Fret 12, a celebration of all things guitars and so much more. And head over to the specialty RISE dispensary for your cannabis pleasure. PLUS, we’ll be announcing fun specials and programming at each of these shops soon - so stay tuned.

AND, if that wasn’t enough, we will be hosting a very special party at the Three Top Lounge at 5pm as a kick-off to our outdoor season at the Fairgrounds. Food, drinks, rooftop hangs and skyline views, and many more exciting things to be announced in just a bit. Excited? We are, too.
