    The Wax Lips are a Seattle based band that blend punk, funk and soul influences with pop/rock melodies. Inspired by other unconventional rock acts like Rush, Oingo Boingo and The Talking heads. The Wax Lips strive to create a dynamic and unique sound to their songs and live performances through carefully crafted arrangements with heavy driving rock instrumentals, along with lyrics telling personal stories through a veil of psychedelic imagery.
