We take pride in creating a space where everyone feels welcome and safe, and we strive to provide accommodations for all guests to the best of our ability. Due to Subterranean’s building having been constructed in 1889, there are some firm limitations to accessibility. 

While we commit to doing everything in our power to accommodate when given advanced notice, access to our second floor (Main Ballroom) sits at the top of a long set of stairs, and bathrooms in the Main Ballroom are up another flight of stairs onto the balcony. The second and third floors are Standing Room Only, unless otherwise specified. Guests who require accessibility accommodations should contact us at info@subt.net.

Downstairs at Subterranean is fully wheelchair accessible, including restrooms.
